Stand
The stands in the covered area are furnished at a price per square metre that includes:
• Setup with standard anodised aluminium modules and white panels
• Illumination with spotlights (about 1 every 4 sq. metres)
• Carpeted flooring
• 220/50 (US type) electrical outlet
• Table with 2 or 3 chairs
• Banner with the name of the exhibitor on the stand’s front panel
• Cleaning of the stand at night

Interpreters
The fair’s organisation will provide Arabic/English interpreters. It is recommended to reserve this service in advance, because, unfortunately, it is assured for all exhibitors, especially those who register at the last minute.

Exhibitor’s Pass
The exhibitors and their staff will receive a pass that will allow their free access for the entire duration of the exhibition.

Fair catalogue
The fair catalogue will be published in Arabic and English, and contain general information on the exposition, a map of the stands, the description of each exhibitor and possible contacts, an index of products and advertising.
A web version of the catalogue will be published in the exhibition’s site, where each exhibitor will have two pages showing their products. One page will be in English and the other, in Arabic.
The web catalogue will be subdivided into product sectors and supported by a search engine.
Optionally, exhibitors may acquire additional space and/or advertising banners.
Exhibitors are reminded to pay close attention to the catalogue, since it will function as a aide memoir for visitors a long time after the exhibition has ended.
Each exhibitor will have a copy of the catalogue, which will be sold to visitors for US$5.

Advertising
• The fair will be advertised in the Kurdistan, in Iraq and in neighbouring countries.
• There will be radio sports before and during the fair.
• The exhibitors have the possibility of acquiring advertising packages (radio, ads, delivery of documentation, invitations), to be activated before and during the exhibition.

Invitations and delegations
• Invitations for ministers and representatives of the Iraqi government

• Invitations for Iraqi operators and entrepreneurs

Conventions
Organisation of conventions and meetings with Iraqi operators
and government authorities

Currency – Credit cards
The US dollar will be the preferred currency It is recommended to carry cash, since credit and debit cards do not work at the time.

Telecommunications
Inside the telecommunications centre there will be telephone and fax services; also, the organisers would like to remind the exhibitors that mobile telephony services are fully operational in the whole country.

Restaurants and cafeterias
Inside the pavilion there will be restaurants and cafeterias.

Visitor Registration
Visitors will have to fill out a form to register; a pre-registration form will be available for international visitors to facilitate their registration and allow them immediate access to the exhibition area.
During registration each visitor will receive a small guide with a map of the pavilion, the stand numbers and the exhibitor’s product sector.>

Transportation
Exhibitors and their staff may use our free bus service to and from the main accommodations in the area.

Hospitality
Erbil has accommodations of international standards. Exhibitors are advised to book them in advance with the organisers to ensure adequate and comfortable arrangements.
